Refund Policy

How will I receive my Refund?

If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we can either issue yuvikaherbs.com Credits or reverse credit to the Credit Card or credit to your account. Yuvikaherbs.com Credits can be utilized on a future purchase on the website. If the payment made by Cash on Delivery, we can either issue yuvikaherbs.com Credits or Bank Transfer.


How long will the refund process take?

Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days of Product Inspection. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

Bank Transfer/NEFT - 1-3 business days

For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank.

Refund Ratio:  Total paid amount will be refunded if products are in unused condition

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

In order to confirm cancellation of item(s) in your order, you need to indicate your refund preference. There are two modes of refund: yuvikaherbs.com Wallet – If you choose this option, the amount will be added to your yuvikaherbs.com Wallet in the ‘store credit’ component. Back to Source – In this case, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction. Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, yuvikaherbs.com will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund, depending on your preference.


What is the pickup process? Why I have been asked to ship the item?

Once you have requested for a replacement, we will schedule the pickup of the originally delivered product. Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product. We arrange for pickup from most of our customer locations. It’s simple. Please follow the instructions you received by email In case we can’t pick up the item from your location, you can ship it back to the company.


I was supposed to receive my refund by now but I haven’t. What do I do?

We update our customers through emails at every step of the returns process so please for the last update from us in your email. If the last update states that the refund has already been initiated please wait for the refund process to complete. Depending on the mode of refund, the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account can vary. If you haven’t received any update from us please write to us or give us a call.
