Form (Roop) Kitni Matra (Dosage) Kaise Lein? Phool ka Churna 250mg se 500mg (sirf ek chutki) Shahad (Honey) ya garam paani ke saath. Decoction (Kaada) 5ml se 10ml Paani mein ubaal kar, hamesha dilute karke. External Use (Lep) Zaroorat anusar Sarson ke tel ya haldi ke saath milakar dard wali jagah par lagayein.
